7 Greens is a fast-casual salad company focused on providing healthy, wholesome, creative options to their customers. Currently in three markets – Detroit and Birmingham, MI and Chicago, IL.
7 Greens’ overall marketing objective was to reach an untapped audience through organic content, brand awareness campaigns and recruiting that could ultimately build brand loyalty. They also wanted a slight brand refresh to their physical collateral.
We conducted an audience analysis which directed a social media and email marketing strategy that utilized photography, custom graphics and animations, contests and curated content to grow following and increase brand awareness –growing following by over 700% across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Our team refined the brand identity by creating a consistent set of tangible marketing materials, menus, and in-store POP.

We executed a paid advertising strategy for 7 Greens’ target audience for the following initiatives: Catering & Delivery, Online Ordering, Monthly Specials, and Contests & Events.
We created an email marketing strategy to increase the subscriber list while promoting monthly specials and 7 Greens updates and happenings. Our email open rates averaged at 25%, which is significantly higher than the average open rate for restaurants at 13.8%.
